We strictly limit the metadata and personal parameters captured on our network infrastructure. Data input points exist exclusively through our encrypted intake fields:

• Discovery Intake Vectors: Corporate name, stakeholder credentials, secure communication coordinates, and operational context fields provided during session requests.
• Client Portal Parameters: Active consulting account mappings, diagnostic file tracking parameters, and project milestone data registers.

2. Architectural Isolation & Technical Security

We process technical records solely to deliver strategic assessments, performance evaluations, and architectural oversight. We do not maintain or profit from multi-tenant analytical tracking layer networks. All data pipelines run through dedicated environment infrastructure layers with locked cryptographic access barriers.

3. Third-Party Restrictions & Information Sovereignty

OmoolaEx does not sell, license, lease, or distribute information assets to external software vendors, recruitment agencies, or platform providers. Records are shared outside our organization only under the following strict conditions:

• Explicit direct permission forms signed off by your designated platform technical manager.
• Mandatory legal system processing orders issued by certified national compliance registries.

4. Regulatory Rights & Accountability

In absolute compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and equivalent regional frameworks, users maintain complete authority over their active records. You retain the explicit right to request a complete purge, architectural correction export, or full transmission migration of your stored parameters.
